Looks like VIPIR 3D. Anyone know if it is? Only reason why I think so is because the Wichita, KS ABC affiliate KAKE-TV has VIPIR. Jay Prater, the Chief Meteorologist there, helped in the development of the system.
I bought a PC card for my computer called an ATI TV Tuner which runs about $80 and you can watch TV and record anything you want right from TV to your computer.
