Another one for shots from the ground sit cross legged side on to the direction you want to shoot. Twist your body towards the left and rest ur left elbow on your left knee giving you a stable position. Also another good one is taking your left hand placing it on your right shoulder lifting your elbow up and using as a platform. Both i have found reduce the shakes major. Thanks for the video dude. :)
