This may be slime, but I disagree. There are definitely cases where only one parent should have custody. You do not know the situation and you shouldn't be so bias against it. I'm sure you would change your mind if you knew a child was being beaten or raped by a parent, or a parent was feeding a child things he was severely allergic to causing them to almost die wouldn't you? That's what I thought...

wow anther lawyer that found a way to make money of the parents , teaching them how to lie , behave in a way they wouldn't normally , in a word play the systemto their benifit , so that in the end , the child best interest is determined by who can lie the best ,and who can learn to deceive court better, wow lets keep this wheel going and we will continue to pick up our children off the street. pathetic! nice classic music though , nice way to make this outrage viewed in a classic way .
