@emilkon montreal is on an island in the middle of the St. Lawrence river they cant put their power lines underground watch part 5
dont they sell winter tires? or sand/salt the roads so you can walk/drive better? i mean seriously god

One thing - ice storms are beautiful. Everything is covered in a layer of shiny crystal. the world looks like a movie set.
