  • u know how his biceps are "fully developed" where it stops at the opp. of the elbow...mine is not like that and its like 3 fingers away from where the arm bends...how can i get my biceps to grow there..i do workouts with straight bars and dumbbells but is there a special excersise i can do?

  • @godofuchiha I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but doing reverse biceps curls will help you develope your bicep tendon closer to your elbow.

  • Does everyone train this slow? You watch How To videos and the training is slow as hell and then you watch videos of bbuilders, fighters and strong men and they all train faster. My rep speed is like 1sec up, squeeze and 1 sec down. (2 secs if im trying to be good!)

  • @speckyprick he's trying to show you the exercise and by doing it slow, it allows you to analyze it better. you shouldn't do them to fast either. when you do heavier weights you might take a bit more time. if you go down too fast, you can hurt your forearms. your arms should be tight and controlled.

  • @joshwakeman This is different because your hands are gripping the bar at a different angle than if you were to use dumbbells. Also, your arms are facing between your body because your grip is closer, meanwhile dumbbells you place on the outside of your body. I definately suggest this type of exercise for biceps. Works extremely well.

  • @6aoh I have one and I weighed it. It's about 17 lbs. It is an olympic ez-bar.

  • i am 14 y old, my sport is judo and i am 1,75m my dad is 1,83 m can i start with lifting weights?

  • @jowamovies Id say 14 is a decent age just dont overdo it maybe like 2 times or maybe even 3 a week, dont over do it though.

  • @jowamovies wait a year, then lift weights. Dont overtrain, do research about protein needs etc. Because if you dont, your just breaking yourself down. You can start right now by doing pushups and pullups.

  • ok i just turned 15 the other day and i got a curl bar well right now i have 40 punds all together(including the bar) yet i have never worked out in my life would i be considered weak HELP guys thanks.

  • Actually, that is referred to as a "super" curl bar. "E-Z" curl bars have much less bend than what's being used here.

  • @nat0000ham There are people who have lean physiques who are smaller then this guy and they look natural but are using steroids...it depends on how big the person wants to get dude..not necessary that he'll become like Ronnie coleman if he does roids...Steroids are not magic,you need a religious diet to get big even when using them.

  • Does any one know how to cut the top part of the bicep? like lose the fat arnd that area. Tuck in the upper arm bicep bit, so u get that curve ball look. My bicep is only cut in the bottom bit. i hope u understand wat im tryna say. if do please recomend me a vid.

  • @adheeshz theres no need for a vid m8 if your saying you wanna lose fat to show off your biceps better, keep doing bicep workouts and to burn the fat you should do cardio and in time the fat will be gone.

    your bicep is divided into two part, inner and outer

    the "bi" in bicep means two

    like your quadriceps "quad", four

    and triceps "tri" , three

    you can do different work outs to target you inner or outer biceps

    no you can't. when you contract your bicep, both parts contract equally. you can't make one side contract more than the other.

  • WHAT IS the difference between the EZ bar and Straight bar besides the easy on the wrists... why not just use the EZ bar all the time for curls???

  • its just an alternative. its a good alt. because some people can get more reps out of it.

  • EZ curl bar is better for biceps and triceps due to the way the hands are positioned on the bar.

  • nothing extrememly significant... its just easier on your wrist. most people can lift a little bit more weight on the ez curl bar. and its not for novices... professional bodybuilders incorporate ez curl bars into their routines.

    holding close works on inner biceps while holding wide works on the outter part right? because some1 told me its the other way around

  • Another good tip, whenever you do bicep exercises, try to alternate each week between different types of exercises, that way, you'll be able to stress the bicep differently and maximize muscle growth. I personally do an alternating combo between EZ bar/hammer curls and Preacher curls/regular dumbbell curls.
