If your using the clutch, blip the throttle while down shifting for a smoother down shift, it also helps you brake the car for faster ins and outs.

The Viper ACR got a 7:22 in real life. This is pretty amazing. The time you got is actually equal to the time that the new LEXUS LFA tested. The major super cars are in this order.

Lexus LFA 7:19

Viper ACR 7:22

Pagani Zonda 7:24

Ferrari FXX 7:24

Corvette ZR1 7:25

Nissan GT-R 7:26

I didn't take the time to look at the wikipedia site for the times, but this is from memory, so it may be off, but the order is correct

I think he is shifting a little early...that car has a lot of torque, try getting as much rpm as you can out of each gear :) It's what they tought us at college, most drivers don't use every gear properly. Why did they even put a 6th gear in this car, its never used!!

I've always felt the viper was just too tight in the corners. i prefer cars like the ccgt because you can put the car on the edge more.

keep doing the 'ring and you'll eventually find places where the line is way to slow, like the back straight. you can do over 180 if you ignore the line, or 150 with the line

Nice I hit 7:21 in Audi R8 no assists except anti lock brakes... Not even brake line..

Do one without the brake line, you relied on it so much in this you woulda been off so much more if that wasn't there aidin you..

@ATBparkour Cool thanks for the comment, I needed the line mostly just to remind me of the corners cos there's no way i could remember the whole track. I don't play it much anymore though so chances of me uploading another video of Forza 3 is slim. You can check out my Lancia Stratos vid though as I don't use the line in that. Or check out my latest Dirt 2 vids as I played that a lot more.
