Well it hasn't happened to me (Frequent KH Disney World Cosplayer) but I think this happens because people may think they are Disney Employees and be like "Oh hey I never knew they had KH characters at Disney. Cool." I'm not sure that's what my dad told me but I have gone several times as Xion (Carrying a Roxas Doll!) and never been asked to change. Who knows. Maybe it depends on how awesome the workers are that day.

The tiny flags? We bought them at Epcot at the little Africa Outpost thing between China and Germany. You actually have to walk into it to see the flags.

When I went to Epcot a few days ago they had started carrying fullsized flags for each country represented at each country.

@mewpudding1234 It's a Disney theme park in Florida. Half of Epcot is made up of the "World Showcase" where there are several pavilions representing different countries which is why that location was a natural choice for our Hetalia Day meet-up.
