Forgot to mention; love the last part of the vid where you mention, training without bogus supplements.. it's really not needed and too many people are on those things, even a few trainers I've seen and worked with are mixing their shakes and taking their pills every day before, while and after workouts... it's really a problem in the fitness world of today
This is a nice video, although I do not think those are all classics and I wouldn't recommend these to begginers mostly because most, if not all are very risky without a spotter for someone who is just starting and especially those back of the head presses after the jump shrug punch are very risky even for some people who are more advanced. You should really put alternatives for people who are just starting to workout

I have a question, Will weights effect my height growth? I am 15 and I am taller than 5ft 9in and shorter than 5ft 10in. And I want to be at least 6ft 4in. I weigh 142lbs, and my body fat % is 16%. Please help me I want to burn my fat but stay tall. I want to reduce it to 7 or 8%.
@Cooldude20107 I recommend you start doing light weight training until you reach the age of 20. Then you can become big. Well, if you are 5 '10 and 15 years old. You will be over 6''2 definitively. Im 6'1 with 20 years old and was a little bit smaller than you by then. Ask me anything about training if you want.
you can find out how many calories your burning doing each of these exercises using calculators. You can find a pretty good list if you google 'your fit assist'

@turismo1992 Try wearing a weight lifting belt. The belt will keep your back straight and you won't throw it out. Go to walmart, cheap. Don't use too much weight either. I hurt my back doing leg presses with too much weight, take it on slow.
On the Jump Shrug Punch he buffs his cheecks if you acuttaly do this dont buff you cheecks like a dumass controll your heart beat by breathing in in your nose and out mouth. You can tell because hes doing atleast 20lb pounds and hes breathing heavily. This shows that he dosnt know how to work out properly so try another Abs work out.

Arnold looked good and hard to argue with that. I was eluding to his "Physiology Lesson" about Cortisol. Also, bodybuilders in the 70's made many mistakes in some of their movements, ie. not safe. Besides it's all about functional movements these days...getting just big slows you down/makes it awkward to do most sports!! vanity is the only reason to just get big.

@anthonycarrolljr first off eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day, gives you more energy and speeds your metabolism. energy drinks are terrible the give you immediate energy and then crash you down.

What happends if i exercise the same muscle everyday?, does it burn the muscle or just make it alot stronger?. i'm skinny right now but i wanna get strong and stay skinny because i am planning on joining the military and i want the agility to run fast.
@mixolidianmode Do not train the same muscle everyday. breats and treceps one day, shoulder and back one day, biceps one day, then back to breast and triceps... etc etc.
@roas2 actually yea.... i did that exercise for a consistent 2 months because i was seeing a difference in my core. but now my back gets really sore when i do it, so i gave it up. and its not because the weights were too heavy.
firstly, his form is rather iffy all throughout the entire video. his deadlifts were bad, and its starting to get irritating when he says "some kind of..."- bench pressing with your feet on the bench is really stupid unless you're looking forward to killing your back.
And yes, suicide grip- smart arse. "so you don't get dizzy." He kind of reminds me of a shia labeouf. Which is starting to get even more irritating.
First time I did them deadlifts, I could literally feel one of my spine discs pop out and it hurt for weeks. I could hardly move for weeks. It's really bad if you do them wrong. And I will never ever do them again at all. :D
@Racefreak1976 maybe use lighter weights and dont go along thinking ur the shit lifting heavy.. always start an exercice at 10kg and build from thea.. whats the use of going straight to 80kg or something ull never get anyway.. so take ur time and learn and do it properly.. u wouldnt js walk in the ring without being trained so get real.

@dirtball1096 just do the fuckin exercises fat boy. Do you know what boosting your metabolism means? High metabolism makes you lose weight. If you notice he mentions that these exercises do just that. The best way to lose weight is to weight train not ride a exercise bike for an hour. If you do these exercises and you do them correctly they will make you lose weight and if you maintain the muscle you will keep the weight off guarantee it.

Yeah, another "expert." The olympic lifts are a sport onto themselves, they're very technical. They're hard to learn and they don't provide any magical "explosivness." You can train the dynamic method using regular exercises using less weight....read som elite FTS buddy ;)

@TheOv3rlordK1ng Vince doesn't recommend to go over 1 hour if you're an average guy and by that he means a guy who has genetic disadvantage. If you want to work more than that you can up that to 1 hour 30 mins which according to Vince is maximum anyone should workout.
I don't mind the way he trains but I dont get why he says that you can't cheat at pulls ups or dips. Anyone seen a crossfit pullup? lol. Or kicking your legs when you're dipping. I'd say the two exercises you really can't cheat on are squats and deadlifts.

First time I did them deadlifts, I could literally feel one of my spine discs pop out and it hurt for weeks. I could hardly move for weeks. It's really bad if you do them wrong. And I will never ever do them again at all. :D

@Racefreak1976 maybe use lighter weights and dont go along thinking ur the shit lifting heavy.. always start an exercice at 10kg and build from thea.. whats the use of going straight to 80kg or something ull never get anyway.. so take ur time and learn and do it properly.. u wouldnt js walk in the ring without being trained so get real.

@darkpredatorx23 I guess I just had to learn the hard way. But unlike most people, I didn't immediately run for a doctor, cause I kinda believe everything goes away by itself after sometime and it did actually. So now I'm ready to pop another disc. ;)

@dirtball1096 just do the fuckin exercises fat boy. Do you know what boosting your metabolism means? High metabolism makes you lose weight. If you notice he mentions that these exercises do just that. The best way to lose weight is to weight train not ride a exercise bike for an hour. If you do these exercises and you do them correctly they will make you lose weight and if you maintain the muscle you will keep the weight off guarantee it.

Yeah, another "expert." The olympic lifts are a sport onto themselves, they're very technical. They're hard to learn and they don't provide any magical "explosivness." You can train the dynamic method using regular exercises using less weight....read som elite FTS buddy ;)

@TheOv3rlordK1ng Vince doesn't recommend to go over 1 hour if you're an average guy and by that he means a guy who has genetic disadvantage. If you want to work more than that you can up that to 1 hour 30 mins which according to Vince is maximum anyone should workout.

I don't mind the way he trains but I dont get why he says that you can't cheat at pulls ups or dips. Anyone seen a crossfit pullup? lol. Or kicking your legs when you're dipping. I'd say the two exercises you really can't cheat on are squats and deadlifts.
