The last guy took four shots to open the door! If the door has a line backer bar, any bad guy worth his salt will be firing back after the first shot, if he is not hit! Yeah... Breaking in the door and then coming in BEFORE you've even drawn your weapon will get you killed. You are supposed to (the breecher) back away from the door, while covered by a partner, who already has a weapon drawn to protect the Breecher, who then falls back and draws their weapon properly and then enters the premisis.

1:12 through the end... better hope the asshole inside doesn't have a high-powered/automatic riffle because in the amount of time it took you to put four shots into the locks and kick the door open, someone could have been turning you into Swiss cheese. Switch to a semi-auto instead of a pump action. It won't take you almost 10 seconds to breach.

@jt82688 they use pump shotguns because a semi-auto may not be able to cycle the low powered door breaching rounds, and if it were to jam in the middle of a breach it would be even worse, and im pretty sure in a situation like the one shown with the dual dead bolts a trained breacher would shoot the 3 hinges off the door instead as it would be faster.

@juddster85 i know its a year later but just in case you didnt know, there are special door breaching rounds made of metal powder, and is held together like a slug with wax, so when the round hits the door it will just turn to dust after hitting the door, completely safe even if someone was directly on the other side of the door.
