If you mean merchandise of the characters in Brawl, then yes (except for Sonic and Snake). However, it's not branded as SSBB - the Mario characters are branded as Mario merchandise, etc.

There are cashiers on both floors. There's one between the Pokémon section and the DS circle on the ground floor, and one next to the Wii demo section on the top floor.

That game is discontinued (meaning they don't make it anymore). Therefore, they don't have it at the store. The only way you could find a copy is by getting VERY lucky with either eBay or the used games section at GameStop.
