@flymetoluv that's cause in order to remove the sword, Zhiruo must have pressed it a little downward to get some momentum, and then must have taken it out of his chest from a slightly different angle (no way you can guarantee the sword enters his chest the same way it exits as they're standing). Wuji is probably hurt and bleeding most at the exit point of the sword (lightly downward and off away from the left, towards center but not exactly at the right shoulder, as you can see lol)
