  • From one of my favourite cds, this is a beautiful liquid painting.Thank you muscarines for posting this wonderful video.I wonder if eno has seen this.

  • No need to apologize for any aspect of your wonderful film.

The colors bleeding and the upside down sense of parallel places is just outstanding.

Are you familiar with the cover art of the Beach Boys' 'Holland' album? Man...

This is truly one of THE best movies Eye have scene on YouTool!

  • Most if not all of Brian Eno's songs blow my mind, hard to say that about any other artist I know.

  • Amazing! It's so pure. Be quiet and just listen

  • Reminds me of some of the music Brian Eno did on The Lovely Bones

  • ++++

  • pure magic

  • He might be the Father of Sigur Ros and all ambient music but Steve Reich, Phillip Glass, Terry Riley and Kraftwerk are his fathers, his music is, if you have some knowledge, not that original.

  • @vogelmandrie lol @ comparing kraftwerk to eno, pissoff you're drunk

  • @leonakita but didn't you know KRAFTWERK IS THE FATHER OF EVERYTHING!!! ahahaa

  • very good quality piece :) pleasant emotions and sensations

  • Beautiful, hardcore hip-hop head here, but I like to take breaks for experimental and electronica shit.

This is some of the best I've ever heard. Props, to Mr. Eno.

  • October is the most beautiful month it gives a sensation of peace and eternity like this music

  • Nowd edispu ti si yhw?

  • Nowd deispu ti si yhw?

  • Aways this music takes me back to my early child hood at school mainly always on my own and lonely...Beautiful music that hauntingly numbs my mind..

  • wonderful... thank you... one of my favorite albums .. great film work, the abstractness of nature in the compositions is really really good

  • VERY SIMPLE VERY MYTHiCAL

  • Eno is God! (or at least the Demiurge)

  • this song is simply, one of the best tune by Eno. Enjoy it

  • Wonderful!!!

  • He is the father of Sigur Rós, no doubt about it... Take care, God bless...

  • Very Impressiv. Thank you.

  • The Pearl is one of the best albums ever created. So relaxing... love hearing it at night and when it's raining.

  • One of the best "soundscapes" albums ever produced!

  • simply wonderful...

  • Brian Eno the king 2 the kong respecttttt

    with 5 dubble t :)

  • album?

  • Very nice thank you, but why did u not shoot the vid in late October? Not trying to be a smart ass. Thanks!!

  • Beautiful .. sooo enjoyed .. ))

  • this is not plateaux of mirror, this is the pearl.

  • from plateaux of mirror

  • Beautiful music and intriguing magical visual creations and finds! A lovely pairing of sound to sight.

  • This video is really beautiful. Thanks for posting it.

  • I don't think you can really compare AT and Eno on any level because there isn't any base or beats in Eno's songs, whereas, there's plenty in AT's material. I like them both, but who I prefer is dependent on what mood I'm in. If I want to make a dent in Barry Michaelmore's face, AT is definitely the business end of a baseball bat, in my opinion.

  • This is beautiful, I really need to check more of Eno's pieces, I've only heard two, but i'm loving what i hear so far

  • You have only listened to two Eno pieces? You are very lucky ... you have an amazing world to discover. Go ahead and enjoy the trip!

  • 5 *

  • One of the more beautiful pieces from the pearl -_- it's sad how little attention this album gets.

great video btw. Eno and budd would be proud.

  • the most nostalgic song i ever heard..

i can hear my childhood.. running on the school yard.. awesome !

  • Thats beautiful. Well said.

  • excellent! bravo

  • wow really like your use of natural scenery as in this vid and yer one for weeping. you make them seem alien. you ever seen a russian film called 'stalker'?

  • Nice.

  • I still think Aphex Twin is more interesting, deep and intelligent. Try Aphex Twin ambient works and see for yourself, his music is not of this world. Start with Stone in Focus piece.

  • everyone's entitled to their opinion, yours is just wrong :P

AT's work sounds too electronic and processed, and lacks the soul that eno adn Budd collaborations have because of that.

and anways, how are you going to slight the godfather of ambient and and it's best pianist???

    t('.'t)

  • Sunil Da was making ambient before Eno

  • Nice melancholic song from Harold and Brian

    5/5

  • this. I had the album times! and now again . I see it for the first time on tv. It is great. I cannot explain how much it means for me. I don't know who makes this and reads the comments afterwhile: but it is the most beautifulles thing in mife ever.. Thank you so much. I dig this.

  • Perfect.

  • omg 3:09 is just beautiful

  • Wow. That intro is very awesome. I really dig ambient music. 5 stars.

  • oh my god, after watching this all the way through normally, then again in high quality, it really increases the experience of this song =]

  • The basic video is about 5mb,the higher quality video on youtube is about 20mb.The original video DVD quality is about 200mb,so your really only watching a video of about 1/40th of the original quality.

  • wow holy shit, i need to get this on DVD

cheers for putting it up anyman, i only just properly started to get into eno after i got that album he did with david byrne, pretty awesome stuff! =]

  • @bensteed123 dont need to be high to enjoy this piece

  • what a waste of space on here sad case retarded

  • Opinions, opinions... and not a shred of qualification.

  • Let's not forget Harold Budd's contribution on the album as well. One of my favorite ambient composers and albums.

  • this is like waking up in a painting

  • This is realy cool, loved it, nice filming.

  • I love this album, it's haungting, it touches the soul. Your artworks beautiful -you use the right imagery and colours ..just the angle of the shots, and jerkiness etc...but you scenes like at 1:33 are just wow well done :-)

  • This is wonderfully entrancing. The slow moving scenes and color progressions give the impression that they were conceived exactly as the sounds were being played; as if it were some naturally flowing, chimerical musing materializing directly from a dream to a computer file. This feeling is strongest after 2:25.

    Fantastic clip.

  • this music is strangely destructive. after it stops playing, it seems that my heartbeat is missing something. thanks for the post and the "yorkshire experience"..

  • wonderful.

  • i'm floating upside down and it's beautiful. lovely vid for beautiful music.

  • that is going on my ipod, fantastic 5x

  • Oh Mr Eno is a genius, brings tears to my eyes every time & perfect film to go with it!

  • thank you for posting. I love this song very, very deeply.

  • I'm glad you visualized this dreamy tune. The video's cool too.
