@samu29 well, i think raoh was like mach 10-15 in battle or reaction speed according to the OBD (i think they based that on powerscaling of inferior chars from HnK2, or something like that)
but in movement/travel speed hes slow as hell except in short bursts
toyotomi should be supersonic considering masamune and yukimuras feats... but supersonic isnt doing anything to high level HST chars

@samu29 in physical strength they seem to be able to do it... but they lack the speed, they wouldnt be able to dodge the few good HAX techniques naruto has and would end up losing
