  • Johnny Depp may act the pirate BUT ADAM IS THE PIRATE all the way home....oh oh ohoh. Keep doing it Adam

  • Great, Adam Ant ripped off Link Wray, Rumble.

  • One of their best tunes.

  • yo eeee oooo ....I loved Adam Ant back then, but never realized the complexity of their music...till recently... just that it was badass, totally different.

  • This sounds more like a cover version if you take away his voice. Still fantastic though!

  • THIS RULES!!!!

  • This brings back lots of memories.

  • Adam with his Ants was absoloute quality.....why oh why did he split em up, he was never the same.....but still love all their/his stuff!

  • kings of the wild frontier was the first album i ever bought at the age of 5. i still listen to it now,and never realised until about a year ago how amazing they are live..always had my doubts given that many 80s groups were cack live. but adam has such stage presence rarely seen these days. more than his modern day equivilant r.williams. he's so natural and when you compare him to the guff that rises to the top via xfactor et al he would be the biggest star today if this was now. who's with me?

  • I totally agree. Its the same with his songs, most of them are still absolut great to listen today.

  • @bargainboymakem1 I totally agree with you. Kings was my first album too and I still love it. I saw them once in 1981 (on the Prince Charming Revue tour) - my first gig too! - and they were just stunning.

  • @bargainboymakem1 With u there mate...love em as much 2day as i did back in the day.

  • @bargainboymakem1 God I couldn't agree more I was 10 when Kings Of The Wild Frontier came out and now I have it on my i pod !

  • @bargainboymakem1

    You're right.

  • @bargainboymakem1 that was first album I ever bought as well and I was 5. lol Still have the record now, My girlfriends son is 5 and adam ant is his fave so I am gunna let him have the record :)

  • @bargainboymakem1 , I saw him for the strip tour... he is mine and many of my friends fav.... this song has always been the sexiest, angstest, and down right deepest song in my life

  • @bargainboymakem1 I totally agree, I think he is a true rock star and has an awesome stage presence! They sound so good live.

  • awesome..... wow, i didn't think he was a performer.... i should have known better.

  • those two seconds right at the end are the best. he just stops and waits for the reaction! (screaming!)

  • What a great live performence. The "small" but yet GREAT Ants made one of the most importent foot"Ant"prints in music of the 80´s. Just cant get enough of it...... ;0)

  • man this dude can yodel! a regular slim whitman!

  • That is one dam sexy man right there. I cant even use the words I would like to describe him out of pure public decency.

  • I agree completely!

  • @SAINTNIKE I completely agree. And I'm STRAIGHT, lol!

  • best live performer I've ever experienced. Got to agree with you LGUppercase... his best and my fav. Adam... we're waiting for your return!

  • @bodiedog5 So, you've seen him live, too? Do you remember those hips moving? My God, he moved in places most people don't even know they have...talk about ooooozing sex!!

  • @msbitchypants He called that hip move a "wobble." LOL. He was the first concert I ever saw (Friend or Foe~ then saw him one other time as well~ Strip). A bit of trivia: The opening band for the FOF tour was an unknown Australian band, INXS.

  • The riff is a homage to Rumble by Link Wray...

  • Few people actually realize what heavy is. Dragonforce,My Bloody Valentine, etc.: NOT HEAVY AT ALL!

  • bloody fabulous song. His best

  • Best footage I have ever seen of this song. He did an amazing job live. The man knew how to deliver his songs!!

  • ugh my god, its like hes having sex with the music. That voice is phew.

  • Damn that was awesome!!! Gotta LOVE those ANTS TOO! THEY TOTALLY BACKED HIM UP!! GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!

  • So agree with you-mind-blowing performance!

  • BITCHEN!!!!!

  • this is a fucking great live version tho'

  • Must be their best track. Just love the haunting way that Adam sings this. Just makes you want to turn off all the lights, sip a cold beer and reflect on the best decade of all time. listen to the "charts" today and you'll realise what utter porridge is out there.

  • A-ma-zing. It's so creepy when he goes all deadpan. Even when he's not running around you can see how he's buzzing with energy. A true frontman. Thanks for posting.

  • it's too big !!! I love

  • this is pure liquid gold. brilliance. thank you. x

  • He really is HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Amazing! thanks for uploading
