In most cases if you give charity to humans they'll just keep on selfishly breeding. Which will lead to worsening global warming, overpopulation and a strain on resources.

Systems need to be changed, not individuals.

@noxaj1976 actually that quote is not Stalin's, and he probably never even quoted it himself. There is nothing particularly harsh about the quote anyway; the perception is true, for better or worse.
