  • Set one up below bridge, one against or just inside their base, and one on the bridge.

  • i perfer using my turret and atking people and while the turret is above me i just either kill them or retreat and the turret kills them. i do allot of damage that way. especially when you got a buddy doing a spy check a lot

  • 1. Not offensive engineering -at all-

    2. Innefective. I've played games where people do that crap and I - or someone else - has taken out 3 sentries in one go. Not to mention a few engineers.

    3. You're fucked as soon as someone ubers. Like, seriously fucked. No escape - goodbye.

    4. It's not 'unique'. It's been tried, tested, and fucking failed miserably on several servers. I highly doubt the 20 or so folk I've seen do this alone have watched this vid.

    5. I counted 5 kills in 2:40. 'nuff said

  • I would call this offensive turtling rather then offensive engie

  • the spy thing happens alot ppl will get pissed your domionating them with a pistol/shotgun and some random lvl 1 sentry that they target you mostly with spy soldier and demo.

  • holy cow your sentries got a lot of kills! nice quality too!

  • that's not offensive. also, when is it ever a good idea to build sentries next to each other?

  • This isn't Offensive Engineering.

    This is Normal Engineering.

OE's have their Shotgun out more than their Wrench.

  • Putting a sentry next to another sentry is just stupid, because one uber or spy rush and just take them both down at once. You're better off separating them so that you force the opposite team to focus on more then one target area.

  • good work

  • nice music faggot

  • technicly that defensive

  • The REDs won, right?

  • i got 4 people on a dispenser before and we got it up in 3 seconds

  • most players would just swim under that spot and avoid the sentrys all together...

  • Actually if you wanna try to be offensive,

you can even bulid all your stuff in front of / inside enemy base =]

e.g. build sg + dispener (even tele) on the left side of enemy base exit.

(If you're in a good team. TEAM is the most important thing in TF2)

And sg at that spot is easily be taken out.='[

  • nothing about this video is "offensive engie" and as for the opposing team they had to of sucked bad for those sentries not to be taken out

    L2engie

  • Tip: Most offensive engies rarely use a level three sentry, let alone three of them...

  • uber spy = 3 lvl's to be dead?

and no 1 uber would simply not have the ability to destroy all of those, maybe a demo who gets pinned to the wall be all 3 sentries and lands 3 stickes next to the sentry but thats about it, and all it takes is 1 pyro to defend against the spy(s)

  • Whenever there is more then one sentry at one spot, the other team is usually provoked into a spy rush.

  • enemy team was not good 1 demo man with stikies in the water can take you all out

  • Why can't I find engineers like you guys to play with... Every server I go to, all the other engineers I play with are freaking noobs...

  • Comment removed

  • Nice. Not really offensive engineering but it's effective at least before that uber train comes running through. Try building your sentry farther from others'.

  • more like offensive turtling, if thats even possible

  • scoreboard

  • Worst map to show offensive engineering. And you only stay in one spot. major turtlage lol

  • 1 uber ANYTHING = dead.

  • lol...sorry dude but you got no idea how easy it is to destory those sentrys

unless you got snipers or scouts a demoman can just fire through the holes in the roof of the bridge

    bye bye entire sentry setup

    plus you guys

not to mention 1 heavy uber rush from the battlements

or a soilder firing at your dispensers when your not paying attention

plus your sentry wont fire through a dispenser so whats to stop a pyro flanking via sewers?

sorry but offensive engineering is far less flawed

  • doesnt look like offensive engineering to me. more like defensive (turtling) but at the map's middle. offensive means you usually just une a level 1, but you're constantly destroyign it and placign it elsewhere (usually where your team is fighting). it also means you use your shotty and pistol VERY often, which I dont see any of in this vid.

  • Engineers take note. Build 1 level 3 FIRST!

  • My friends and I take it even further.

If the other team is stupid enough, we set up in their flag room.

  • one demo under the bridge and party's over ;]

But yeah offensive engies can sometime buy rest of the team even 2-3 mins before some good demo or ubered havy will take care of them.

  • Hmmm, y'know that because of your bridge denial, most of the attacking players probably turned Spy, and infiltrated through the water pipe?

  • uh...ya think?

  • It's a simple tactic.

  • Good job. Well it's time for me to get everyone on my team to go Engie.

  • Haha! that is awesome! I have to try that.
