Was anyone aware that there is a true Korean 'Metal' band named Blackhole that has been around since 1987. Now these new kids come along with their brand of 'hardcore noise' using the same name as the name of their band. Copyright infringement anyone??

@Lunatic4Bizcas Go on myspace and search "Blackhole" in the music section . You'll find about 150 bands using the same name. As long as they don't claim the others music material as theirs it's not copyright infringement.

Sick, saw Blackhole last year and they were amazing. Got tickets to see Gallows yesterday and Blackhole are supporting. Cant wait !!!
