  • fruit is sweet AKA easy to eat....If your not hungry enough for fruit your not hungry right? but try this think of a veggie one that you don't like for me its (celery) if im not hungry enough for (celery) then im not starving...

  • ieat only fruit and veggies all day, i let my calorie intake fluctuate* 200one day, 300 the next i never go over 500. good luck think tiny!

  • You're perfect the way you are girl! You shouldnt go too drastic. Just exercise and eat healthy and you'll have a nice HEALTHY body, that doesnt look gross or too skinny. Being super skinny isnt pretty. Being skinny doesnt mean you're beautiful and being heavy doesnt mean that you're not beautiful. Being YOURSELF is beautiful :-)

  • @sadiemarie95 its not about having athletic body its about being skinny and there is a difference betveen shinny and thin

  • not only that, but as soon as you start eating again your body will continue too hold onto the weight and calories. the BEST way to lose weight is by speeding up your metabolism. do weight training(gain muscle), do some cardio and eat complex forms of nutrients and energy that are harder for the body to process. like fiber and protein... also, drink lots of water. this is a no calorie fuel your body needs and digesting it means you burn more calories and keep your organs moving!

  • losing weight through starvation is the worst possible way to lose wight because you put your body into starvation mode. this means your body thinks the way it did when we where all chimps and animals and hunted our food and retains every bit of fat and calories it can because it thinks that you can't find food to eat. because of this, even if you eat as little as 500 calories a day, it'll take you about 1.5-2 months to lose something as simple as10 pounds!!!

  • this is so sad..the pictures of the models are most likely airbrushed and the ordinary people probably have amazing genetics, high metabolism etc.,. dont try to be something your not

  • your so young and i really hope you find happiness in what your trying to accomplish, even at 5, two at a minimum, you should weigh 108 even with a small frame, you need to wait until u fully develop. but im fat and ugly and i would kill to be where your at, just work out, hopefully you arent starving yourself...and youll be perfect. oh and maybe a tan, that doesnt hurt. wish you the best, and try not to hurt yourself on your journey.
