At Concord, CA, when they toured for this album they did a long nine to ten minute version of this that heavily featured Bisharat, and it was for me the highlight of the show by far.
Shadowfax; a great band - sadly the leader and player of the Lyricon, Chuck Greenberg died of a heart attack in 1995, followed by another core member Stu Nevitt, the drummer who passed away in 2008.
I've collected all of the albums - minus the original Watercourse Way.
@darrenkeith3 That was a great Sampler! This track, "Wishing Well" and "Close Cover" we're great tracks, that take me back to when my Dad got his first serious CD player :). I remember being really surprised hearing "Close Cover" in a nightclub (completely ruined by the techno music around it) once!
Was given the gift on my birthday to see Shadowfax on the coast of cali as the sun went down.....one of the best moments.

They lost Chuck Greenberg the leader. The band never reformed as the same. One in a lifetime band Unique

I really miss Shadowfax.
I know they lost a key member who could play the Lyricon, but can't they get back together and bring it up new?

Next time I saw them, Goodman was on violin.

I first heard this on the Windham Hill Sampler 88. I have the cassette and the CD...one of my all-time favorite cuts by them.

And so it is!! I have updated this video's title accordingly.
The album I was looking for turns out to be "What goes around". I checked it out on amazon.
Thank you, bilimahi!
