K2 sound better...and background noise seems dont' be...but a test around a signal 9+ is a not sense test..in a middle of stations, on a very lower signal..the sensibility/selectivity come out...but it's impossible into home made test, no trust about these transceivers...when sherweng will out listed include K2/K3/TS590 we will speak about...7600 in the last appears (december2010) a no very goodradio quality/price...TS590 don't listed again... 73
without a doubt the K2 has the better receiver,extremenly quite and clean audio,the worse receiver seems to be the 590 and even the 7600 sounds good its noisy.The winner in this test is the small K2.
I owned a K2 for a year and when compared it with my actual K3 found that the K2 always received better than the K3 but its filtering was poor compared with the K3 and sold it.
I've never heard my 7600 sound like this , i mean ever , what have you done to this fine radio?, it sounds like you've either blew the speaker or goodness knows what.The CW sounds crisper on the 7600 but the speaker sounds terrible get that radio back to icom and get them to have a look at it. how awful to have your £3200 radio sound like this. If i was using my radio on that particular band on that particular signal , i would have it sounding like a dream. its such a joy to use and so simple

paragonare un k2 ad un 7600 significa non capire una mazza di radio per il NB si vede benissimo che è ininfluente non distorece , l unica cosa che si puo rimproverare all autore del video è di essersi lasciato ammaliare dal monitor del 7600 senza monitor farebbe muffa in JA
Adriano hi quello dove hai speso piu solsi suona come un cicalino , liberatene presto prima che svaluti troppo come pro3 e series , non graffiare il monitor senno non te lo comprano hi .
Il k2 è una radio assolutamente che le suona a tutti o quasi i nuovi rtx in commercio
@7wrkc Basterebbe che mettesse lo stesso altoparlante del K2 sul 7600 e allora suonerebbero uguali.... la differenze non e` nelle radio, ma negli altoparlanti usati.... i confronti vanno fatti con lo stesso altoparlante commutato tra i vari apparati. Altrimenti diventa un confronto tra altoparlanti e non fra apparati....
The K2 & 7600 are tuned in properly, the 590 is NOT TUNED IN properly and has the wrong filter set, so you cannot compare them.

Why don't you set the frequecies all the same, k2 is at 10.10650, others are at 10.10630.
