At first i really thought this was Russia (and the Jeep was the police) but then i saw the police cruiser and was like WTF, Russian police can't afford that!

Nor would they do jack shit to stop roadrage... At least not that fast. It would take at least 6 months before they took up chase. Right?

2 white cars piss off the jeep jeep turns around, white cars haul ass in reverse, then go towards the jeep thinking to outsmart him, only to find out that the jeep is still there. The 2 white cars then squeeze by as the jeep driver throws whatever he cand find at the 2 white cars as cop number one chases white car number one and white car number two follows then the jeep and about 2 or 3 other cops.

I'm just as lost as everyone else. I guess they were trying to set a spike strip for someone running from the police, and that's why the cars where reversing. That white car that went on the right side was the actual criminal, which is why he avoided the Jeep. And thats why the guy ran back into the road, to pick up the spike strip so the other officers wouldn't hit it.

That may also explain why he hauled ass up the hill after the car

Looks to me like a drug bust went down with two undercover cars the little white at must of been the dealer. The transaction had taken placed already and the white mid size sedan was tailing the car, while the jeep was trying to trap him in. If you look carefully the white mid sized car was already along side the little white car before they reversed. The jeep was police as well, the guy that ran in the street was the passenger of the jeep looks like he threw his radio at the window as it made

From the looks of it the Jeep Cherokee and the white car on the left are undercover police. The Jeep stopped tragic to box the car in while the other unmarked car would move in to take him. Suspect seen the trap and backed up on the shoulder then sped up the shoulder when the white undercover blocked him in. The marked cruiser and unmarked crown vic were following at a distance. That's why they were there so fast and took the lead because they had lights. Not road rage, they planned this
