You mean you should NOT use the machine gun on the UAV. If you're that close, you'll be shot down. Do not go after helicopters if they're in the air, experienced pilots just go for you at the station now. Use the Smoke perk for your advancing team, or Optics to engage at longer ranges. And yes, you should try to roadkill people in the UAV; Recon players, that is, unless you're confident you will get the kill.

And throw a medpack on yourself at the station. Too many people try to snipe you out.

@EmperorHelix You speak the truth. I use optics and stay as far away as possible, spot like crazy and fire a missile every time one is available. Using the machine gun brings you in too close and gets the UAV destroyed.

u might get few kills going close with uav and use machine gun and ram people with it but u will be spotted and shotted down quickly thats why i like stay long distance from enemy and spot and kill people with missle using high power optics it will be hard to see u and even harder to shoot u down

@Akuu77 I can easily kill 5 people with the machinegun with UAV. My latest killstreak with the uav was 9. I served my team because I did not only kill the mounted guns and tanks, I've also taken out the infantry blocknig my teammates ^^

If an m com has very little health left sure put c4 on the uav then talk to the guy in blue tooth or cell phone to tell him to blow it up. Simple and yet effective. :)

@psychoxs Nope, I don't think it does anything for the pilot but gives the gunner a tracer dart so they can tag vehicles.

@mjpartyboy That was one of the first online achievements I got. Find a sniper, fly down to about the same height as them and just charge from behind. You only have to brush them to kill normally.

@ghosthuntfan713 You have to unlock the alternative fire which is for getting kills in any vehicle. Once you've unlocked it you need to choose it on the kit selection menu before spawning. To use press RB (on 360).
