@fanguk2 LOL! Awww..that was before the wild hairdos really became her norm...(I actually liked a few of them) This was a slight twist on something you could have seen a few women wearing actually a couple of years before this was taped..at least here in Philly and NYC.

anybody know where to find video of Patti's performance at I think some Nobel peace prize concert 2003 maybe? Bill Clinton was there.... it was amazing she kicked off her shoes was wearing a gold dress i think.

Also, what year was this performance and what was the venue and purpose of the concert? This performance makes you understand the word genius.

Single handidly the BEST Patti labelle performance of all time!

I have enjoyed Patti singing this song for many a decade, but 27 years later, this continues to be my absolute favorite performance by her. I really wish there was a lot more footage of Patti prior to 1986. There was somethin about her back when she was still trying to break through, that I just can't get enough of.
