LOL.. those arent really begginer moves at all. 5 Beat weave is like impossible for any noobs. Butterfly, 2-b weave, basic wraps, watermill, Thread the needle... stuff like that is for noobs. Orbitls/Butterfly weave for noobs= ROFLCOPTER

cant really see anything just a few lights because a average human's eye can only see 60 frames per second and average camera or a camcorder only can maintain 30 frames per second
