Is it normal for a normal guy do split streching.. Suddenly a pop sound from the hip bones produce.. But it doesn't hurt at all.. Everytime when he do it.. Is that normal?? Please answer..
@NelsonYogaInversions an expression as to how very flexible you are, if anything take it as a compliment but i honestly dont know how doing that on a wooden floor wouldnt bother your lower back at all... o.o
@HybridAres thanks for clarification. yes, wood floor takes getting used to but learning curve is brief & spine toughens up quickly adapting no problemo. going matless i like the vast personal space to explore & grow more!

research pnf stretching *proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation*
the technique is very good for rapid improvement in straddle splits
plus the younger you are the faster the gains
