Aphex Twin has recently begun dabbling in Dubstep. Check out his Barcelona concerts he did earlier this year. And yes, his bass lines are miles above Skrillex, Parker, Skream, etc.

if afx is anything like me he knows dubstep is overplayed and overused, but thats not saying some tracks arent good. its alot like the 80s when all those shitty hairbands came out.. but there were some that were good! AFX doesnt make any dubstep so he clearly doesnt like it enough to produce it. seems he makes every other kind of EDM besides dubstep. u can tell from the song rip acid someone says "gimme some dubtep... please." to me, this is a rip on dubstep.

... Really!? This just doesn't work with me. You've taken something beautiful and original and put a generic two-step pattern over it with some more generic dub bass. Did you have to use the original? It just didn't fit right at all.

Expanding my mind will only give me more ways to criticize this music. I just don't think this song works at all, Aphex Twin shits gold and so does Philip Glass (His Augas De Amazonia album is one of my favorites) but this just seems really uncreative, nearly dead. A quick cheap rework for somebody's set. Maybe it's just me.

@WolfThane your an idiot. expanding your mind will make you ENJOY and finally be able to appreciate new genres, not find new ways to put them down. music is always good if it is what the person who made it ended it to be, its just a matter of getting into their mindset to be able to appreciate it. the only music that is bad is music that is uninspired or filled with errors, this is clearly neither
