See if you can find a air dryer for that air system. we got one here at home and it does a LOT! It's like a fridge (got a coolant compressor and stuff) that you run the air through and the condensation water comes out of a hose. You connect this unit after the compressor and before the air tank. These units might be a bit expensive, but maybe someone can donate one of these.
Suggestion: You could make aluminum or wood flash drives with the CNC machine, for fundraising. If you don't I'm going to try and make a sick aluminum or diamond plate flash drive when I go up to the lab [=
@mobius1ace5 I can't post a link to it because youtube doesn't let you, but if you search for people on Etsy my username is lisbokt. Tell me you're one of the geeks in the purchase and I may send a special thank you. :)
Condensation tank? I'd just use a large 100lb propane tank.
Just ask any propane place for an expired tank, tell then you're using it for compressed air.
My home air system uses 2 of them as accumulators. Take the valve off and there's a typical 3/4" NPT fitting. I could even send you the fittings I make so the air enters the bottom of the tank and exits the top all through the same fitting on top.
@stampmaille The thing about condensation tanks is that they collect water, there needs to be a way to drain it, you can't just drill a hole and put in a drain valve when working at those pressures, a compressor tank will have the proper drain.
Wow! Moose's magnets etc are amazing! glad you got her to tell us about them.

@LittleGreenFire I've actually looked into it quite a bit but I haven't been able to find a way to do them that would be cost effective.

Those magnets, turn them sideways and you have a G for Geek Group.
For the airline as well as a tank, maybe some sort of drier after the tank.
Really good systems have what looks like a chiller unit, but that may be OTT, but they do a filter/drier for air lines (i thought you had one)
