I dont think it's a smart idea to run two operative systems at the same computer. It will take much, much more of your computers memory. And not to mention the Mac OS is of corse programmed spesially for Mac and dont work in the same way on PCs.

If you paid attention (which judging by your comment, you haven't) you would see that he clearly shuts his machine down, restarts and then reboots using a different physical hard drive (1:01), not a partition. Hence, how on earth can you claim that it will take more of his computer's memory, when MacOS X isn't even started from within Windows, but from a reboot on a separate hard drive?

@FMH2011 There things you ahve to change in control panel etc (i dont know what they are) and you have to have a Intel Core 2 Duo at the same GHz (i think) as a Mac, so 2.16GHz or something, not worth it, just buy a cheap second hand mac (PowerBook G4's are cheap i got one yesterday for 150Euro)

thepieman, I don't think you realize that the choice in video cards that Apple has for the Mac Pro tower is totally fine. One major reason is that you do not have so much graphical overhead as with a Windows OS. You use less resources, because it's UNIX based. Also, I have 256 megs of video RAM in this Macbook Pro, and Neverwinter NIghts 2 or no other games has ever lagged for me. You guys just want overkill, and you'll never use it.

if Mac OS went mainstream as Windows OS you would see all sorts of nasty virus's cropping up on the OS. Worst part is Mac OS really never had to deal with this as much Windows so chances are they wont be prepared for a mass of exploits being exploited and virus's themselves exploiting the OS.
