This gentleman is very well spoken and its good to hear of his campaign to eradicate FGM. I'm not sure about his denial of the religious ties for there are people who do this believing it is religiously commanded.
I also hope he will see the wisdom to help stop all genital cutting of all children male, female and intersexed as well. All children deserve to have human rights to their whole bodies.
