  • what a couple of babes.

  • did you recorded the video or just by tape?

  • I recorded the event on VHS tape then converted it to DVD then ripped it using DVDx program.

  • Just a tip irishpogi, When you save the videos render them better, It will get rid of all of those lines in the pins and such.

  • What do you mean? I am not all that technically proficient as the proof is provided. What can I do to make this better?

  • I think Nod is referring to the horizontal ''interlacing'' lines.Depending on your video capture/editing software, you should be able to

change the upper or lower field or ''de-interlacing''settings-that may be one way of removing those lines-or it could be a problem with your capture setup-what do you use?

  • I was using dvdx program which is no longer on my computer. I've had a handful of problems with my pc lately being picked up by the mechanic, dropped off only to be picked up a short time afterward.

  • This repairman/tech installed roxio and windows movie maker programs. I have no idea how to operate those suckers.

  • WMM should be fine-just use a mini-dv video camera (or some other DV device with firewire)as an A-D converter-capture it using WMM(file>capture video)-then drag it onto the timeline-edit to taste-then render it as a 320x240.wmv(file>save movie file)Use a the highest birate that it will allow(ideally more than 500k/b per sec.)-job done!(that's one way of doing it anyway)-good luck.
