All OC spray is oleoresin based... that is, oil based. Regardless of water or alcohol as a solvent, it's going to burn like hell. Oil binds with the particles, so fatty milk like whole milk or even buttermilk would go a long way towards easing the burn. When you're hit, you find yourself willing to put crazy sh8 in your eyes (like shampoo, soap, etc.). Water feels good, but it's a bad idea if it's not free running water.
Then you don't know what you're talking about because OC affects everyone differently. It doesn't bother me as bad as most others. So why don't you go read a book.

The Sabre Red DPS uses alcohol as a solvent. The alcohol evaporates faster than water, and also burns along with the OC. The DPS version also shoots out harder/faster. DPS stands for "dual propellant system". The Fox Labs is is still MUCH faster acting and hotter than either Sabre Red spray, despite the Sabre Red having a higher CRC level. its not always about the numbers, its a combination of things that makes a potent spray. Try out the Fox Labs, you won't be dissapointed.

yeah, i think the 1st time is a shock, such discomfort on the eyes and ur breathing, It's slows you down alot, blinds you, doesnt fully stop you. but does the job!

Is the Oc in the DPS dissolved in water? I heared that Oc takes longer to burn with water than with oil as an solvent...
