If you cannot see the App sync in the cydia package

after transferring the deb file to the auto install folder recheck it through disk aid

you need to reboot your phone press and hold the home + sleep button for 10 seconds

then after reboot u can see the app sync

it worked for me fine

for iphone 3g 3.1.2 jailbreaked
