It's actually patched, but I did see a unpatched SP in Wyoming.

@Amtrakdavis22 Dang it! Sorry about the false alarm. In this vid it looks un patched but I guess I was wrong. They have a hand full of unpatched SP's running on some of the grain trains over Donner Pass last I heard.
