I know in China they probably don't enforce using seat belts or car seats. However, if I were you, I would be sure to strap the baby in her car seat. And I would not ride in the car holding her in the arms in the front seat. She was put in a way too dangerous situation.
She is quite cute especially in the one learning Chinese. She was just so lovable when she said 'xie xie ba ba'.
