  • C'était super le bodybuilding à cette époque !

  • Yes it's Reeves winning the contest and posing outside in Part 2

  • Are you certain it's Steve Reeves?

  • pause @ 7:00 Usain Bolt is gonna have some explaining to do once French sprinter Christophe Lemaitre shows him this!

  • He may be beautiful, but is he interesting?

  • today's body trainer are too big. They want to be huge and big but they don't have sense of beauty.

  • name of this man???

  • @vinnerzzz

It says the great Steve Reeves is in this, but I'm not so sure...

  • 6:58 looks so perfect with no roids or proteins of these days .... amazingly PERFECT

  • Wow, great natural bodies!

  • So this is what GaGa looked like before he became Lady GaGa.

  • maybe this is what people called Natural body builder.

  • c'est bien, même à l'époque sans aucun produits, le mec arrive à être énorme.

  • Most beautiful man in the world?? What about Rondo Hatton?? Let's not forget him!!

  • @JubalCalif I suspect Rondo Hatton probably had some sort of non-competitve clause in his Hollywood contract that prevented him from entering the contest to find the most beautiful man in the world. Because, let's face it, he would've wiped out all these dudes.

  • People of that age were generally much healthier. They were not the C.O.D playing couch potatoe of today who lives off Mcdonalds and KFC.

We are poofters compared to are Grandparents.

  • @Herc2770 very true, I'm only 43- but I served in 2 wars (Canadian Airborne) yet youngsters at my workplace ask me if "joining the army is hard to do?" LOL!!!!

  • 2.50

translation: i go, i do my science, i work my grinder, i BB, i tend my baby - wee, wee.

  • They used anabolics back then too. Dianobol was one of the big ones.

  • @rojman123

Steve Reeves was PRE steroids, including Dianabol, steroids were not being used in teh US during teh 1940's and early 1950's. Dianabol only became available AFTER 1956. And not in common usage until the 1960's. Steve Reeves championships was well prior to that.

  • The most beautiful man in the world? Where, who, what?

  • 9:03 OMG Wonder ! que equilibrio perfecto !

    Gran atleta gimnasta : )

  • could anybody tell me what kind of music or what is the name of this soundtrack playin during this movie ??

  • I thought my pic. included?

  • It is funny because I live in Europe and only the Western European idiots says about themselves they are "liberal"... Thanks to god in Central and Eastern Europe the people are still Christian, nationalist, white and maintain the respectabilities. (it is true for the Spanish people in general, too)

  • @Zyanwasserstoff Aren't the Spanish brown? Tanned at least.

  • @brasilcork No. You're thinking of Mexican people.

  • @excellentsky Aren't the Spanish swarthier than say, the English?

  • @brasilcork Some, but not all.

  • @excellentsky Moorish shall we say because Shakespear though so. Does Africa begin South of the Pyrenees?

  • @brasilcork arent Spaniards white like Italians? are greeks brown?arent Italians tanned? so if someone is tanned like some Italians that makes them african???

  • @thunderheart226 The Spanish are small and brown, guess the Italians are too. Hairy females as well if you are into that? The strongest people in the world seem to be Icelanders. You can't bunch them all into the same group but yet they are all called cauchasian. Maybe a geneticist could explain it.

  • @brasilcork every Spaniard/italian ive ever met was tall/average and not brown geroge lopez is brown not them. they are a 1st world country they usually arent small back then yes.where do u base this fact about icelanders strongman events?i really dont see a difference from a nordic and Mediterranean besides hair color u all look white to me.even some turks look nordic to me like dr. OZ even middle easterns who are considered Caucasian just look white to me like steve jobs "half middle eastern"

  • @Zyanwasserstoff I think the societies in central/eastern Europe is most rash and dishonest I have ever seen. Their mentality hasn't emerged that much out of the communist age. Most autocratic minds I have ever met in my life. Would never live anywhere near that area. Western Europe is so much more tolerant and respectful. Now they have to bail out eastern Europe from the shithole they put themselves in and they can't even realize they need to say thank you! Ah!

  • We wouldn't saw your kind here neither. The states of western Europe are going to die because of the mass emigration thanked to their tolerant mind. One day you are going to cry for eastern-Europe... you will see it.

  • I like how going to the gym back then meant actually doing gymnastics- I doubt if hardly any modern body builders could (with legs straight) put their palms flat on the floor!

  • @mott308

Thats ridiculous, Ronnie Coleman could do the full splits and he was a monster so could Tom Platz and quite a few others

  • @mott308 you obvously havent seen kai green :D hes more flexible then most!

  • @mott308 kai greene, enjoy

  • @mott308 tom platz! but well, that was back in the 80's and he was about 3'5'' so no big deal.

  • @mott308 type in youtube bodybuilder planche

  • @mott308 so what? I bet no bodybuilder from then could even come close to how strong a bodybuilder is today on the other hand. There is no point in comparison to me.

  • @TheFreshbum Bodybuilders then have different strength compared to body builders now. they were a lot more functional, more like athletes, not isolated strength that body builders have now. they also were not using as much chemical compounds as well. Different times, different perspective on what the physique should be.

  • @CenturianRule Christina freaks run this joint? Are you friggin kidding me? Anti Christian freaks run your shit country my friend. The further away society gets from Christianity, the more evil it becomes. Your government (i won't say who really runs it) is responsible for 9/11 and many other unbeleivable acts. The majority of Americans are not very bright and have been brainwashed into beleiving everything they're told.

  • the title of the vid is funny. I would be LMAO if the vid was set to Princes song "Could you be the most beautiful girl in the world" (but instead of girl it said guy ) hahahahaa

  • on 06:48 we can see Jean Pierre Bastiou, who later moved to Brazil and pioneered the teaching of Yoga on these parts.

  • psychiatrists control north america. they control minds of people there. thats why north americans are all sad and suicide themselves. they've all been psychiatrized.

  • The good old days!!!! 16 in arms were considered huge back then, nowadays 20 inches is th norm...

  • Hunks without steroids - those were the days

  • At 3:57 rising out of the iron cross is among the rarest and most difficult things to do. Only a few people on Earth can do it. It's likely Reeves was assisted because the camera immediately went to a close-up when he did this This of course hid the person who assisted him.

  • Je me suis demander comme ça comment il a pu avoir un vidéo comme ça, à me demander même comment est-elle tomber sur youtube.

  • I think I'll create some training routines with gymnastic rings, olympic lifts, and sandbags. I'll put them out on dvd and open a school teaching this stuff. I'll give it a catchy name like Cross-something, or something-Fit.

  • actually before going to italy to film about 12 sword and sandal epics, the great actor/opera singer LOU DEGNI (Mark Forest in films) was known as the ADONIS WITH THE PERFECT PHYSIQUE> Check out all 12 of his films......they are simply spectacular

  • wtf with the intro

  • steroids.. what steroids!?

  • Comment removed

  • @FunWithStuttering i do a little. at least back then another guy could look at a HUNK, and not be called gay or even compeliment a HUNK back then and no one would think any odd of him.

  • @LUVMEN21 there is nothing wrong with admiring another man's physique...gays just take it a little bit further...nothing wrong with that either. Chaque une a son goute as they say in France x

  • @LUVMEN21 Well, it's society's fault, maybe yours too, if you think that "being called gay" is "any odd". Both things shouldn't be seen as bad.

  • Ragtime

  • The best looking weightlifter of all time---Soviet superstar Anatoli Pisarenko.

  • he's pretty damn stacked. and this is during the days when hardly anyone would have worked out

  • Great video, and somehow reminded me of my childhood.

  • Could have become a governor of California and couldn't do any worse than the one we have already.

  • Voted 5 on the video!!!

What is the type of music called that is being played for the first minute of this video? I love it! With sincere regards from Sweden :)

  • Thanks from France, for this vidéo.

    Nostalgie of these times !

  • Estoy tan atento como ella...

  • My friend: i say thank you very much for these marvelous vintage vidéo, and best wisches 2010 from France....

  • jajajajajajaa

  • wow, listening to a bb contest on the radio! // funny how they tried to not make it sound like something sexual. it's all about meat, people!

  • @trollope4lyf2k8 Since you're wanting a douche bag (for Christmas ?) don't you also need other items?

  • @hpribot perfect sense makes you

  • Hey, isn't it bedtime for you?

  • @trollope4lyf2k8 what about both

  • A Douche faggot, sounds kinda funny ^^

  • then you must be a little douche bag, little bitch!

  • "beau os tje masculine form of "belle." "Handsome" is close to "handy" in its origins. Cute?

  • search out Andre wrestling

  • Yawn....

  • It's funny how scrawny these old time bodybuilders look. I saw some dude from the late 1800's that had almost the exact same body type as me (6'3" 200) with a six pack and he was straight up touring the world. I suppose it's something to do with the lack of proper nutrition in those days.

  • Physical culture was divided: Aesthetics & Mass: Guys w/potential to be huge didn't mind fat, guys w/aesthetics didn't consider size an issue. Guys like Sandow had a bit of both, but Grimek was the 1st guy to make a conscious effort to maintain aesthetics & get big. Then came drugs. I'd hardly say that weighing 'only' 200 is lack of proper nutrition. Re: Health, longevity, athletic qualities, & appeal to 'normal' women: The bigger BBers may be thought of as victims of horrible nutrition.

  • do a film with kevin levrone or sergio oliva or show the old clips of lou degni or antony hamilton if you are talking perfectly chiselled physiques and perfect gentlemen's quarterly facial features

  • q legal

  • Steve Reeves is cool but come on Reg park all the way.

  • 2 diff kinds of physiques. Park had mass, Steeve had length & shape...

  • Well-proportioned tall &/or handsome men score higher 'real-life' than well-proportioned short &/or ugly men. Height & attractiveness are a very real parts of heroic stature & what are we really judging here if not heroic stature: " the total package ": Guys that boys want to grow up to be like . Thus Arnold's incredible reign & legendary status, & Reeves' continuing legend. Do young boys want to grow up to be 5'6" / 235Lbs, take drugs, & lift weights all day, every day? Not the sane ones.

  • Or the ones that want to be pro bodybuilders. And you don't have to be short to take drugs and lift weights. And they do not lift weights all day every day. Probably 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. Wouldn't you rather that be your job than a 9-5 behind a desk being a drone to society? O and Arnold was 6'2" and 235 contest, did "drugs" too. Pretty sure he lifted quite a bit of weights, lots of kids wanted to be like him.

  • That's what I said! They STILL want to be like Arnold. You don't have to be short, but a 6'+ man in '09 would weigh 320+ lbs to win the 'O'. In the 50s & 60s, tall athletic young men trained in hopes of gaining 25 to be like Reeves. The next generation wanted 55 to be like Arnold. This generation is NOT striving to gain140! How BBers make a living : 1/Drone for Weider. 2/ Bodybuilding: Only the top 6 in world. 3/Porno / prostitute.5/ Drug dealer. 4/ Wife w/good job. 5/ Real job.

  • Acting, training, run a gym, bodybuilding opens up a world that most regular people do not get the opportunity to experience. Plenty of people want to gain 140lbs! I'm not the biggest guy at 6'2" 270, but I was 165 when I started training, drug free by the way, and I still want to get bigger and improve, and that's already gaining 100+. And I by no means need my sanity questioned. Different strokes for different folks, some people do want to lift all the time.

  • Calling yourself "Not the biggest guy" at 6'2" , 270 makes my case: You are HUGE! The fact that there are enough guys even bigger only makes the fringe element more extreme. The greatest heavyweight boxers of all time were all under 220, the best all-round athletes tend to be under 200, even when as tall as 6'3". Now guys who weigh 270 think themselves as "not the biggest guy"? Outrageous.

  • You've obviously never been to my hometown. I live at nearly 4000 foot elevation in the middle of the woods of California. As I said, I'm 6'3" 200 and I'm literally one of the smallest guys around. No joke whatsoever.

On the contrary, when I lived in Sacramento I felt huge. Up here it's not at all out of the ordinary to reach a height of 6'5". My friend Krista is 6'7". Case point, body builders need BOTH height AND mass. This guy is SCRAWNY. He'd get laughed at here. Reg Park was the best.

  • At 6'1", Reg may have been up to 250 at times , but he was usually closer to 225, even less early in his already championship career. Reg -is- the best, how can a guy about the same height, 270, think of himself as small? It just doesn't seem healthy to me..how much does such a man have to weigh before he's done? I've been to a club in the woods past Mendocino where every guy was as you describe, so I know you're not kidding, but they more 'raw-boned" types, they didn't weigh 270 at 6'2".

  • Well as long as were in agreement that Reg park is/was the master, you're cool with me. I'm not sure who said that 6'1" 270 was small, but their obviously smoking the good shit. Although I must admit, my favorite sport is strongman, and that would be small for a WSM competitor. I think that 320 is basically the entry level weight. Jellybean out!

  • I would say, for me to be a happy man, I'd need to be about 325 at about 10% bf. 270 and 15 is not that impressive, like I am. No, it's probably not too healthy to get to that size, not talking about steroids but about the stress that kind of weight puts on your bones and heart. But I mean there is so much more unhealthy shit. To each his own I suppose, but being huge, freakish, that's my goal

  • There is contreversy surrounding Arnolds true height. I've seen him in person (He's the governor of my state). I'm six foot three, and to me he looked to be abut six feet TOPS. His wiki says that he's six two, and I say bullshit. Especially considering the movie "The Running Man". Jesse Ventura is Six Three as well, and in their fight sequence he towers over Arnold.

  • I've always figured that every show-biz height is exaggerated a bit, so it all equals out.

  • Très beau documentaire, merci!

  • de onde voce retirol essasraridades ? muito bom!

  • Mmmmmm... The French have SUCH good taste... :P

  • can someone please tell me if steve reeves wrote a book about how to build a body like his i want to get into bodybuilding and i think he is a right person to learn from unlike all the liars and steroid users today .... so if someo0ne can please tell me if he wrote a book or if he wrote many if u cud give me the names coz i want to get all the information i can about this man bcoz i want to learn from him and if he made any videos of his training or teaching i would appretiate peoples help

  • I wouldn't throw away the writings of modern bodybuilders outright, even if they are steroid users. Keep in mind that even if you ARE on the juice, you have to work incredibly hard to maintain or even gain what men like Arnold and Zane have, its not like you stick a syringe of test in you and you bloat up instantaneously. But if you want good text look up guys in the era of the 70s, because you can relate medicinally (such as use of vitamins, creatine ect) much more to them than to Sandow...

  • "Building the Classic Physique--The Natural Way" by Steve Reeves. I bought my copy around 5 years ago so it's probably still in print.

  • You can't shoot down modern bodybuilders bro. Yeah, the juice is out there and if you don't want the juice that's fine. I don't use it either. But they still know about building muscle, a lot more than guys like Reeves did simply because times have changed. You can go on the beach any day of the week and find 100 guys with better bodies than Reeves that aren't on the juice because bdybuilding has evolved. Guys in competition are on another level. They all do it so how is it cheating?

  • 52"chest / 29"waist.: Not 100 guys w/ better proportions on all the beaches of the world , total. Modern BBer's 56"-60"chests have 'modern' 38"- 44"waists. Is more built better built? A matter of opinion, but the goal used to be attractiveness. Building ugly muscle's like hitting 500' foul-balls, running100yd TDs the wrong way, or KO'ing the ref: "Achievements"in some sense, but not the original point. (By the way, guys not "on the juice", often -are-. You can't just ask them.)

  • I'm sorry but not a lot you said here makes much sence. You wrote it in jibber jabber. I stick by what I said. Any beach, any day of the week, and you find a hundred guys built better.

  • You spell "sense" oddly . English not your primary language? Otherwise, I can't imagine what's so difficult to understand. What exactly didn't you understand? I'll give you a simpler answer: You're wildly, insanely wrong..miles wrong beyond just mere matter of opinion, to the point that I suspect you're lying just to argue. If there are "100s at -every- beach" , name ONE , just one, natural, well-known athlete, with a more gracefully proportioned muscular physique than Reeves.

  • 1st off what a 1st class asshole one must be to really give a fuck that I misspelled a goddamn word on youtube. Big fucking deal you stupid motherfucker. Who cares? 2nd 100s meaning too many to count. In his day he may have been well built and an innovator. If he came along today with his physique he wouldn't even make it in the least known muscle mags. I'm built better than Reeves was for one. Not to mention MANY others. So go fuck yourself. You don't have to be known to be better than someone

  • 1/Whoa! "Sence-itive" about poor spelling? 2/"100s" = "too many to count", uh, yeah, I get that.3/ Right, & the guys who -are- in the mags look like CATTLE. 4/You're better than Reeves? LOL.Show us your 52" chest / 29" waist. (Oh, wait, you're BETTER than that!) 5/The "well-known" part is so I know who you're talking about, not that you have to be "known to be better". If there are "too many to count" better than Reeves, aren't -some- of them -bound- to be well-known athletes? NAME ONE.

  • dude this is a stupid argument. Bodybuilding has evolved so much since these days and though there are those that take it too far there are also the ones that blow this man out of the water. I understand you're a fan so there's no way I can change your mind, so what's the point of trying? There IS no point and I'm not going to engage in your silly little game. The Dexter Jacksons and Flex Wheelers of the world would have assured that a man with Reeves' body would have NEVER made it. PERIOD...

  • 1/There's no such thing as "the Flexes & Dexes" of the world: They're all-time elite physiques. 2/Each took lots of drugs. 3/ Flex admitted synthol use in a published interview. 4/ Flex's proportions at his final 'O' were GROSS: His synthol-arms were too big for his small frame.5/Dex may look aesthetic next to Cutler, but he's actually a -5'6"-, -235Lb- MONSTER, NOT the truly ideal male physique: Winning contests & real ideals went their separate ways years ago.

  • This is a pointless argument. "Beauty" as it were is in the eye of the beholder. What you choose to call ideal I choose to call average. I say Dexter has a near PERFECT body. Arnold made Reeves look like a kid in my opinion. Frank Zane had one of the most asthetic builds EVER. I admire someone like Reeves and take interest in what he accomplished in HIS time. But fact is he's been out done many times over. I choose to opt out of this conversation so feel free to yap on as much as you like.

  • Thanks, I will: Arnold took steroids, Reeves didn't. Reeves had a better chest to waist,(52/29=23), than Arnold (56/34=22). Reeves had straight-across 'gladiator plate' pecs, Arnold's were rounded, feminine-looking. Reeves was symmetrical (left/right) & balanced (top/bottom), Arnold was top-heavy & his arms differed in shape & size. Reeves posed symmetrically, Zane's posed w/ his torso always twisted, to hide poor symmetry. Zane took steroids. Where are those naturals you promised me?

  • It's not opinion: It's in the numbers: Besides a better taper, Reeves had a better arm/ waist differential, (another objective standard for proportion. The LOWER number is the better number). In spite of the 22" claim, Arnold's arms were never really more than 20"(probably never even quite that). Reeves were (a bit over) 18". Reeves' 29" waist / 18"arm=11, Arnold's 34" waist 20"arm=14. Even if you believe 22" we come up w/ a 12" difference. Reeves' proportions are still objectively better.

  • I am not bashing you because I think you are correct, but reeves straight across gladiators pecs are because of genetics, you either have them or you dont. same with diamond calves or an 8 pack. I believe that arnold had a four pack but was still pretty shredded

  • Indeed, it's genetics, no doubt. You either have them or you don't. They don't make you a better person, but they make you a better bodybuilder.

  • @lazur1 Genetics may give you a better body, but someone who can achieve by exercise and diet what someone else has been given by nature is actually a better bodybuilder.

  • And on and on: Average is not subjective. It can mean either 1/2-way between the best & the worst, or the mostly commonly represented faction of a population. If you truly believe that men w/52" chests tapering to 29" waists are average in either of these senses, please, I ask again, name the naturals w/a better taper. Even -with- drugs there's only one: Sergio Oliva.

  • "As much as I like", a review: Steve vs Arnold: 1/Better chest to waist ratio:SR. 2/Better upper arm to chest ratio:SR. 3/Straighter bottom pec line & straighter center pec line:SR. 5/Better balance of upper body & legs:SR. 6/Symmetrically shaped & sized arms:SR. 7/More attractively straight, less sloped, broad shoulders:SR. 8/ More mass:AS. Final score: Reeves, 7 / Schwarzeneggar,1

  • @Joel0277 ok kid don't fallow any of the advice of current bodybuilders. even though they use roids they know what their talking about. you dont just take roids and get huge. ypu still have to work hard and eat correct

  • @Joel0277 you want to learn from someone who's knowledge is close to 80 years old with no understanding of dietary effects on the body?

  • @Joel0277

    who's steve reeves?

  • Robert Duranton was the best

    Steve Reeve was, too

  • Europe is a more open society than the U.S.A

  • More open to prosecuting people for free speech.

  • I wonder when jerks like you will get a life and wonder about your own sexuality.

  • There you go again. Some jerks never give up.

  • hmm about 162,605

  • cool video

  • There's only a quick shot of him seated at a table in Part 1 (this click). Lots more of Steve Reeves in Part 2 here on my channel.

  • I watched entire clip and I dont see Steve Reeves in it. Where is he?

  • tres excelente! sans steroids. sans hype.

  • Great find.

  • You don't need the sound on this one, its an international language.

  • i know people that work harder than this and and they are dead.

  • I'm not gay but I agree:I too think Steve Reeves has been the most beautiful man on Earth.

    I wish I was him.

  • ttt

  • You did.

  • fascinating to see how the older footage of bodybuilders poses were more a sort of performance art than now. The progress in body building equipment and its effects on bodybuilding has influenced the performances.

I wonder what new and interesting developments the future will hold

  • oh so tjis is for wacking off??? oh oh ok ok

  • y'all are crazy- this is just good ole HOMOEROTICA. Meant for gay men to watch and wack off to. If you are watching semi naked men work out, you're gay. Period.

  • Like you!!

  • That's the way amateur building is today, a healthy and more practical physique

  • steve reeves definitly has the best v-taper known in bodybuilding history and i hope to acheive a classical physique like him

  • Steve Reeves, Sergio Oliva, (who has stated that he was inspired by Reeves), and Jack Lalanne, (who Reeves has mentioned was his inspiraton to focus on taper). You should look around the internet for shots of Reeves when he first started lifing. If you don't look anything like before development, you won't look like him after, either. I mean, Arnold certainly would've rather had Reeves 29" waist instead of his own 34". It's not like he was fat. It's in the bone structure.

  • Whats so interesting about Sergio in particular is that his shoulders, now that he has lost his muscle, aren't wide at all,yet in his prime they appeared a yard wide....absolutely right, small hips are born not made, the smaller the hips and waist the bigger everything else will look...upper thigh comes into the equation too...squats tend to build too much muscle there.

  • I haven't seen a recent shot of Sergio, but when all of the Mr Os got together, '95, Sergio still had a lot of muscle. he's 66 now, & was 'only' 54 then , so I'm sure he's lost a bit since. Where are the more current photos?

  • Theres footage on youtube of him, from an advert for spot visa i think...hes quite podgy now,but then he is 67...i think its from 2003 or 4

  • I found it...That ad is so -very- wrong! "Came in 2nd" ? Not only did he come in 1st -3- times, but 1 time -Arnold- was in 2nd, and another time -no one else entered- ! The rest of world knew they didn't stand a chance! (Sorry, I know that you already know this.)

  • The ad is a disgrace of course...nor does it say that Arnold was never in Sergios class, and was gifted his wins!

  • Also, Sergio has a small head, which made him standing alone look even bigger all over again, and gave him the "arms bigger than his head" poses, that almost no one else, (Lee Priest has sort-of a midget-version that isn't too bad), has been able to pull off successfully.

  • Yes,Sergio was truly a genetic freak...hes the reason i can't be a fan of the modern guys, they just don't compare at all.

  • Idealseeker...you need a more accurate education of history!!! Hilter's Army used steroids!

  • Steroids were tried in the 40's at the york gym (dianabol)the same york gym that Grimek trained at,though he denied using them...we don't know if Reeves used steroids or not, only he knows, though i have read that he did use dianabol and primabolan,in the unauthorised biography of Arnold.

  • York's steroid use began '58. Reeves BBing career was just a couple of years long, peaking in 1949. Steroids later, maybe, but the sources thus far have zero credibility, (one guy claims to have been told by Reeves in CA, during a time when Reeves can be proven to have been in Italy).

  • The only thing steve injected was Vitemin B-1 Shots

  • For your information steroids hadn't been used till 1966

  • In 54 York BB club discovered Soviet weightlifters were using steroids. Fair to say we didn't find out immediately, they may have been in use for a few years. This led to the development of "Dianabol" between 54-58, & use of it by the York guys in 58. This is why John Grimek was more heaviy muscled after his pro career than he was during ! There's no proof that Reeves ever used, but he also looked more muscular after his competitive career.

  • Car Dieu a tant aimé le monde quíl a donné son Fils, lÚnique Engendré, afin que quiconque croit en lui ne se perde pas, mais ait la vie éternelle. Jean 3:16

  • steve reeves took steroids too..

  • I appreciate the old practices of "physical culture:" a good diet, a variety of exercises, moving, and--something you little hear about now in all the glossy, 'roidy publications--character, being a decent person, a gentleman.
