and you can search them on wikipedia and it said that they were making crash games, however it isn't the same people that made crash team racing and crash bandicoot 1-3.

So it wasn't naughty dog (the original crash guys) but the people that acquired the name.

Open up the menu screen, and go to extras. There should be an icon for options, from there search for something called racer screen 1.(there are three others but those are for other players). There is a slider that you can move left and right (obviously). you won't see any changes in the modspot but while actually racing there should be a difference.

The AI is not impossible at all. It's just retarded because of rubber band. They go faster the furthest you get from them and slowest the furthest behind you get, so it's impossible to get a good lead but also impossible for AI players to get a good lead on you. Couple that with AI saving weapons for the end of the race and you are mostly screwed.

Modnation look great, but I think I'll stick with LittleBigPlanet, simply because there's so much you can do with your levels. Hell, there's a calculator lever, a Shadow of the Colossus level, and a Saw level.

Oh and I definitely prefer Modnation. Unlike most racing games you have an infinite amount of content to race on and race with; it's the best bang for buck.

I've taken a break from it for a few months though, kinda waiting on the patch and perhaps a new theme for track creation.

I bought this game because I love customizing and creation. LBP is one of my top PS3 games. Modnation is a lot of fun and I was surprised by the challenging and fun gameplay. Load times suck, but the creation tools and single player tracks are really awesome. I also love that all the carts are the same, when you play online you know that nobody has an advantage over you. I wish more games would do that. Whether its the racing or the creation modnation is all about skill!

I love this game.  The story is simple but funny as well, it controls great (thought it does require some getting use to), there's an endless amount of replay value to this game because of all the things you can do in this game. This is better than Mario Kart IMO.
