Just wanted to make one point. Sheep are not generally kept for eating, as much as the collection of their woolen coat for making clothing, etc. Yes, there is the occasional 'rack of lamb'....but I actually prefer pork =) (even tho it's an unclean meat)

/21/2008 my child Melissa was given 1 hr to live at Columbia Presbyt Hosp Bx NY. Both her lungs were unable to stop bleeding.Drs said that not even a lung transplant would save her.I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power You gave Moses I ask You to close my daughter's lungs like You did to the red sea.I had a scripture in every IV bottle. She flat line 8 times and was suppose to be brain dead. Drs call it miraculous.

@beautywithin02 I have said "yes" to the Lord both verbally and mentally, but I think my actions fall short of my "yes." I still follow my own will, I fall prey to the whims of my body, and I still battle with pride. I need strong angels to help this poor soul. Thank you for your concern.

God has clearly laid that path out for me and even though the devil has laid his snares and temptations along the path, I know where I am going. God is faithful in us and like the song goes, He will never let me go. Jesus Christ is, without a doubt, the answer.

@Durangobassplayer brother/sister, if you hear God's voice calling say "Father, speak; your child is listening." there's a precedent for that (1 Samuel 3: 17). (u might say "but samuel said 'Lord' and servant' instead of 'Father' and 'child.'" that's true but the Love of God was not fully revealed at that time.)

A delusional relationship "in your heart"? Information is stored in your brain, and it's called KNOWLEDGE if there's reason to believe it's true, it's called faith if it is not.

@AMpufnstuf As thoughts exist before they pass by the brain, we always receive what we think from a SOURCE. That is the reason why the good things we do always come from God and the bad things are inspired by the Devil. The mind is similiar to a TV: it shows what it picks up and functions according to the tuning. We never think or act ONLY by ourselves. If the ideas didn't exist before, they would never pass by our brain. You can't create something out of nothing, in an absolute manner.

A childish fairy tale, you might be able to frighten children with it but I'm a lot brighter than you are. If you sincerely believe in all of these stories, why don't you believe in the other stories? How sure are you that Odin isn't god? And can you prove it?

Many people like you have commented on Hillsong's songs, gotten some attention, yet they always fail in their goal. In fact people have been trying to reason away God for thousands of years (Greeks). Yet today, year 2012, our love for God remains. Do you really think we could out evolve God? Is there a discovery just around the corner? No. Jesus is Son of the True and Living God and our only hope.

@Durangobassplayer And yes, we will eventually abandon our gods.Many have already been abandoned for intelligent though. There was a time when an entire society was certain that Odin was the one true god. There are even now a massive number of people who are certain "through their faith" that Allah is the one true god and yours is nothing but a laughable superstition.
And their church is growing much faster than yours. The number of believers will however, never bring any truth to a lie.
