Couple of treats here for old-time TV fans: the "I know fish" guy Belker is working with is played by Alvy Moore, who also was the ditzy Mr. Kimball (the county agent) in _Green Acres_, and the woman customer is Florence Halop, whom I remember as the pain-in-the-ass perpetual patient Mrs. Hufnagel on _St. Elsewhere_.
Hey, thanks for adding this clip. This was probably one of the most memorable moments from the series. Any chance you could shorten it? Start around 56 seconds?
One of the funniest scenes from the series! I saw it once about thirty years ago, and have remembered that line, "Lady, could you pass a test like that?" How cool to see it here!

I'm looking for a montage of Sgt. Belker answering the telephone. I remember him detonating, then reversing his attitude to say "Hi Mom."

I hate belker.
I remember him jumping on a fucking boxing bag, humping the bag and bitting it and freaking ripping it.
Goddamit that was so unrealistic.
The way the guy jumps and always bites made him kinda of a stupid character in my opinion.
