I remember getting the Timely Death achievement myself, back before Ulduar. Had a druid tank, the group thought I was just blowing smoke when I said I thought I could heal through it. Just kept Serendipity stacked and let off Prayers of Healing half a second after the nova hit.

Poor Loken, he used to be a real challenge.

i got a pretty well geard holy pally myself and like wheely90 was saying u put us on the tank they arent going no where. as for the vid it looks like u got skill but u need alil better gear. some ppl might like useing wiz but i like to use kings i find its way better for healing then wiz (i have 500-600mana per sec while casting so idk)

Druid's are good to HoT ppl up with healing, paladins got the big crits, priest got flash heal and prayer of mending and some mana regnereration spells like druids and shamans got chain heal and totems and alot more. Druid can be the best class if you know how to play it, and what spells to use :) Like every other class.

hmmm too many flash heals, that would be the old way of healing of a pally, still good video. Considering its an old one you probably did not have the haste and crit to keep holy lights without going oom, also, this fight is very easy with a constant judge fof light(not sure if you did it but it seems everyone wanst healing when hitting loken). Good job anyways!

Nice video. It probably is the simplest way since half the WoW population can't simply RUN AWAY from Lightning Nova (or "S" walk).

I pity you if you ask why the healer is stacked as well... there's a debuff for every member. They take more damage if they stand far away from Loken.

This is a harddd fight with a pug grp i suggest you do it with dps that has over 17k+ hp if your a holy pally just for the fact that the nova will almost 1 shot 15k and below

My main is holy pala. SP 1944, crit 22% 18k mana, 16k hp.

This fight is by far the hardest i've had to deal with, 20+ wipes b4 i downed him. If you stand still it's more healing req and your grp has to be IMBA.

Flash of light is fail in LK = PvP

Holy Light 15k heal = PvE

are you dumb? the point in going (note)22 points into retri for pvp is to get divine purpose (i think its called) which removes Stuns with HoF and ofcourse to pickup the extra crit. Tried him about 4 times on heroic with the run out method, people kept getting caught in the aoe explosion and it was wipe time. Going to give this method a go of dropping nature resist totem and just staying in and healing thru it. Thanks.

Heres how i do it, i stand far away yes u get hit for a bit but beacon ur self and ur all good. tell everyone to gtfo of the nova not hard. and all u have to do is heal some... 200 aoe dmg and a like 4k melee swing super easy fight

we just did this with me, priest, in holy build with CoH. after 3.0.4 - bye bye CoH spamming but as of now, was not easy but doable.

after nova shield yourself and do prayer of healing for far heal, then spam coh to top group. with 17k mana or so should be abdolutely doable with shadowfiend sent out.
