@TheL33boy It was Windows Movie Maker, what I did was I cut the video into like 0.5 second chunks, and with every other clip I added the negative effect, so it seemed like it was flashing ;D

@TheL33boy Again, its all Windows movie maker, there is an effect you can add to the video making it all pixely and stuff, and yes, it took AAAAGES
