i dont know how old you are, but i first saw metallica in 1989 at the Phily Spectrum. i've followed them for years and can play most of their songs. death magnetic is a horribly mixed record. if you listen to "all nitemare long" you can really hear the crackling behind the Bass guitar. the guy who mixed it isnt even thanked on the record.
