yeah he's a normal cop that just does what he wants. For example there is a scene where he's wearing a wire and is supposed to get info from the bad guys. Anyways in the scene he eventually blows his cover, fully tells them he's wearing a wire and radio's his back up saying he doesn't need them anymore. Like he's supposed to be the tough guy "I do what I want" type cop. The bad guys start shooting at him and he of course man handles them all and his back up comes and give him a lecture.
