The cop in the OJ trial was an idiot because he let the evidence sit in his car all night long. It wasn't professional at all - ruined the chain of custody. But OJ still did it.
As well he SHOULD be taking notes from the O.J. trial. His client is every bit as heinous as J. Cochran's client was. We shall soon see whether Baez did a good enough job confusing the jury to render a "Not Guilty" verdict.
Why wasnt Leaonard Padilla put on to tesify? He had lots of inside information and probably more credibility than most of those others who testa lied. Also the possible theory of police violating the attorney client privileged conversation while Casey was in jail. And while listening in finding out where the body was months before the meter reader found it. At the very least this should have been investigated? Police make mistakes, cheat, steal, and everything in between too.
Except Jose Baez sucks and Johnnie never lost. How can someone compare one attorney who makes his client look even more guilty, to an attorney who got the guiltiest ass hole ever (he even "confessed" in his book in 2007) acquitted?
