Most of the USB drives from mainland China, typically GuangZhou, Shenzhen, or in GuangDong providence are usually fake! Just don't buy any USB drives from China!
If you have problem with Fake Usb ,try repartition using a special cd software cost over $100 and go through a clean installation, and deleted the protected code, it is pretty tricky process, because you have to delete the protected code several time, is not easy but 95% can be repartition it to the correct partition ,mostly 32GB Max. or less , check out my youtube video on How to fix a Flashdrive.....if you understand what I say then you can fix, but if you don't then check out the video
