The place is kodanad, where orphan baby elephants are raised up. All the baby elephants were some how orphaned in the forest and rescued by the govt officials.

These people work the shit out of these elephants and they rarely have attacks simply by letting them be elephants when the works done and not prisoners. Unlike circuses that are cruel and inhumane. Notice no chains or bull hooks instead a social gathering of comfort.
