You're question didn't make a lot of sense, but I'll try to answer it. I'm just one of many people that have made custom sprite stages from Smash Bros. Lots of people have done it, and lots of people have submitted stages. Some of them may get accepted and used in the game, others may not.

Well, Hyrule Castle and Congo Jungle were already made by somebody else, and I didn't see much of a point in puting a sub par outline of Final Destination on photobucket :P.

The black outline kills a lot of the backgrounds. Particularly Castle Siege. And Sky World looks like it's on top of lava.

They're supposed to be clouds =P. Though I won't argue with one of TSR's greatest spriters. I'll take your advice and attempt to erase the black outlines in these stages.
