Actually, there is a verse in Quoran that indeed can be interpreted as such which would validate the existence of Sighe-h.
The only difference is that in Sighe-h, both side can negotiate the dowry, or the amount the guy has to pay to nab the girl. In marriage, the girl's family sets the amount, but the potential candidate cannot negotiate the price down or up.
