I think the episode you are looking for is a two parter called "Green No More" where Tommy looses the green ranger powers for the final time. Like RichySKing said, you left the comment 8 months ago, so you have probably found the episode by now, but I just thought I'd be helpful in case you hadn't found it. By the way, "The Green Dream" is the episode where Tommy is fighting a goat creature, and still has the green powers, isn't it?

forgot to say the second reason you get my "hero of the day" cookie...you found a PERFECT way to use the "Return of a Ranger" footage!!! OMG I have been trying to find a way to use it for MONTHS!! I'm so jealous!
