Something tells me Sega wouldn't release a trailer with captions that read "Sumfucka" for some reason. I seem to recall seeing this fan-made about four years or so ago.

@ReloadPsi These are total of 5 official videos proposed by Yuzo Koshiro to SEGA. Back in 2001 they were unveiled by Yuzo Koshiro through the Kikizo website (now called Video games daily). I still have the original videos in MPEG file format I downloaded from there a decade ago.
