I love the idea and uses of this shot in game but the mechanic s chaotic. We use it in instances in those rare cases where we want one less thing to pull but for it to actually hit the trap I have to fire it first and then the tank pull the rest of the mob as it runs at me. I think a better mechanic would be for it to work on target like sheep, sleep, and priest's chains. That would be a super duper trap shot...lol

EXAMPLE: You're doing 2v2 against a healer and a dps combo. You're dpsing the Dps target and as he gets low out pops the healer to throw some mad heals on him. What do you do? Silencing shot? Ok. He may still manage to save his partner when it's done. Scatter shot (if he's within 20yd)? Same difference. Scatter shot followed by freezing trap, the signature combo. Not gonna work he's too far...I think you get the picture. Full range scatter shot followed by Freezing Shot FTmfW.

I really feel sorry for you about this new freezing shot, but what do warriors have, in terms of removing dots? second wind does not remove DoTs, at all, it just heals for alittle after being stunned.

Yeah my main is a warrior.... and even with all my classes nerfs, this is terrible. Who would even fall for that? it's like warriors retaliation(Warriors signitare "ignore me plz" button) but 10x worse, I really am sorry for you guys.

Hunters have Spirit Bond, which is kinda like Second wind in how much it does, but yeah, I get your point. I think Survivalist hunters are getting some good bonuses like that, and Spirit Bond is now gonna increase healing done to the ones with the buff(both hunter and pet) by 20%, allowing some easier rescues from partners in pvp.

Its down to just 10% and it only ticks every 10 secounds. I like it, but it won't stand up to a Corruption or Shadow Word Pain

We can't remove DoT's so we're in a little trouble. Get a Core Hound or a Nether Ray - and I'd try to DPS the Lock Down ASAP. But overall, Locks will trump hunters. EZ

rather say it would be a draw becouse of the fast and high damagde the lock will take + the stun ((if BM hunter)) to stop 1 spell or so will help alot...then we will die from the terrible curses....

I'll cover Hunter PvP problems soon. Hunters major flaws are 1) Getting out of melee 2) Getting rid of focus fire 3) Line of Sight.

I've handed a Shadow Priest his ham dinner - but even one shadow word pain will cut down hunter's health Massivly. Hunters need pocket healers big time, and are one of the few classes that has no way to "Vanish/Bubble/IceBlock/Fear/T­hunderstorm" out of focus fire.

Yeah - Also Its going to be hard to hit a moving target because its slow.
